Executing the department KPI’s and strategies is your overall goal.

Monitoring and implementing new conversion and traffic marketing trends will help you master the position.
· Keeping track on traffic development around the company brands in one of your daily assignments.

Audit
current Marketing efforts to ensure a brand consistency.
· You are the Liaison regarding conversion and traffic between the SEO
Lead, Marketing Director and Affiliate Marketing Manager.
·
Staying up to date with digital technology and marketing trends is your bread and butter.
·
Creating strategies & mapping out required tasks to implement with Management.
·
Documenting and maintaining records and reports of all the experiments
conducted will enhance your performance.
·
What you already know or would like to learn:
- Some experience in SEO/marketing/sales or related field is highly desirable
- Ability to learn how to research backlink strategies, craft
and execute successful programs
- An undergraduate degree in software development, communication, marketing,
journalism, advertising or related field is preferred
- Ability
to identify, interpret and track website metrics.
- Google Drive & Microsoft Package knowledge will put you on top of the list
- Willing to learn Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools is also preferred.
- Willing to aquire experience with SEOmoz, Majestic Seo, Ahrefs, SemRush,
MonitorBacklinks, BuzzSumo, Buzzstream, Screaming Frog and/or any other
related SEO Tool
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, employee coaching
and development skills.
- Solid
organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
